Beholding Joy
Earlier this month I wrote about finding a summer rhythm, and even stated that “summer promises rest, but without a little rhythm, rest can become drift. The soul needs spaciousness. It also needs anchors.”
For me, one of the most important anchors in my life is beholding joy. Which is why I created a reflection resource by that very name.
Joy is more than a fleeting feeling—it’s a posture of the heart. In Greek, the word chairete (rejoice) is both a greeting and an invitation to live in delight. Beholding Joy is a resource designed to help you slow down, celebrate, and practice the spiritual rhythm of jubilation.
Through Scripture, reflection, and guided practice, you’ll rediscover childlike wonder, learn to embrace God’s good gifts, and tune your heart to the melody of celebration.
Relish. Reflect. Rejoice.
